Job summary

TEKsystems in Winchester, VA is seeking a Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA) to join the Home Lending team. You will review documents, prepare initial disclosures, and coordinate with vendors and internal partners to keep loan files moving.

This entry-level role offers a hybrid schedule with training days, an on-site component, and opportunities to learn mortgage operations while supporting daily production goals in a regulated environment.

Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA)

Pay: $16.50/hr | $24.75/hr OT

Schedule: Full-Time, Hybrid

Training: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST

Shift: Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM EST

Position Summary

The Mortgage Support Associate (MOSA) supports the mortgage loan process by reviewing documents, completing loan-related tasks, preparing initial disclosures, and communicating with vendors and internal teams. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn mortgage operations and grow within the Home Lending organization.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days per week (days may vary).
• Must be available to work onsite during training if needed.
• Reliable attendance is required.

Important: No time off will be approved during the first 6 months of employment. Candidates who miss more than 4 hours of instructor-led training or 8 hours of live loan training may be reclassified

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
