Aerotek in Pomona, CA is seeking an entry-level Welder to fabricate and assemble metal components for rolling steel doors and grilles. You will use MIG welding with blueprints in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm and potential overtime.

Responsibilities include MIG welding on steel, reading blueprints, fabricating and inspecting welds, and operating grinders and drills.

Qualificações

• Experience with MIG welding on steel components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Hands-on use of fabrication tools like grinders and drills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform MIG welding on steel components with consistent quality.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and drawings to determine welding requirements.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts for rolling steel doors and grilles.
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
