• Knowledge of Credit Union products and services.
• Ability to cross-sell products and services.
• Well-developed verbal communication and human relations skills.
• Ability to use a PC; enter information via keyboard and access information on screen.
• Ability to answer incoming

Responsibilities

• Assist members via telephone with financial transactions and needs, including transfers, account information, and loan applications.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to existing members.
• Establish new relationships with potential members who call for information about membership.
• Learn and apply the Member Connect process on every member call.
• Provide accurate account information and efficiently perform transactions with minimal errors.
• Demonstrate member focus with a professional tone during calls.
• Handle member calls completely without transferring to other departments when possible.
• Resolve account discrepancies and escalate to supervisors as needed.
• Capture member feedback for improvement and support corporate values.
