Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is building a team of Associate Territory Managers for the Las Vegas geography. This entry point into medical device sales targets outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics, with physicians, PAs and staff as key stakeholders.

You will not inherit a book of business; you will build one. Success comes from disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging (training provided).

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
