Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with a Medtech client, is building a team of Associate Territory Managers for field-based medical device sales. This entry point role targets outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, with no book of business to start; you will build one.

Responsibilities include prospecting, educating clinicians on product benefits, driving new prescription volume, and managing a territory pipeline with CRM and in-clinic demos.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
