Qualifications

• Accredited training in heavy equipment repair or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Own a basic set of hand and power tools required for most repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Herc-owned fleet.
• Operate and test equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs under supervision.
• Enter work orders and order parts via fleet management system.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Produce service reports and repair logs.
