About Safety Mojo

Mojo AI is revolutionizing safety management in high-risk industries like construction and oil & gas. How are we doing this? With Safety Mojo – our groundbreaking, AI-powered app designed for frontline safety professionals. Right now, we’re at an inflection point . We’ve proven product‑market fit, we have incredible customers who love what we’ve built, and we’re moving from startup phase into serious growth mode. The next 18 months are going to prove that we’re the new standard for safety technology. And we need exceptional professionals to help us do that

About the role

We are looking for an Entry‑Level Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of marketing activities. This is a hands‑on, learn‑by‑doing role for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to modern marketing and enjoys building real‑world skills across multiple channels.

You do not need prior marketing experience, although some experience would be beneficial. We’ll train you on tools, processes, and best practices. What matters most is your work ethic, curiosity, and attitude.

What you’ll do

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support marketing initiatives that may include work across:

  • Campaign support: helping coordinate and execute marketing campaigns from planning through launch and follow‑up
  • Content and communications: assisting with writing, editing, formatting, and organizing marketing content for web, email, and social channels
  • Digital marketing: supporting basic website updates, landing pages, email sends, and performance tracking
  • Social media: helping publish and maintain a consistent presence across relevant platforms using templates and brand guidelines
  • Creative support: assisting with simple design tasks using templates (graphics, slides, one‑pagers, basic layouts)
  • Marketing operations: helping keep marketing data organized, creating simple reports, and maintaining documentation and internal systems
  • Coordination and logistics: supporting planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on‑time delivery of marketing materials
  • Customer and market insight: helping gather feedback, summarize learnings, and organize information that improves our messaging and materials
  • Event management: plan, organize, and support in‑person events both large and small
  • Team support: jumping into general marketing projects as needs shift (startup work changes quickly—you’ll learn a lot)

Your day‑to‑day will vary. Some weeks you’ll be focused on executing tasks; other weeks you’ll help with planning, organizing, or improving how we run marketing.

What success looks like
  • You follow through, meet deadlines, and keep things organized
  • You learn quickly and improve with feedback
  • You communicate clearly—especially when you’re unsure or need context
  • You’re willing to try new things, even when you haven’t done them before
  • You take ownership of tasks and look for ways to make the team more effective
Who you are

We’re looking for someone with strong potential and the right mindset:

  • Hard‑working and dependable—you do what you say you’ll do
  • Willing to learn—you enjoy picking up new tools and skills
  • Not afraid of failure—you try, learn, and adjust quickly
  • Positive attitude—you bring energy, optimism, and professionalism
  • Organized and detail‑aware—you can track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Clear communicator—you can write clean, professional messages and ask thoughtful questions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or graduating soon)
  • Comfortable working with common tools (Microsoft Office, Slack, Outlook)
  • Interest in startups and a fast‑moving environment
  • Prior marketing experience is not required, but would be beneficial
  • Part‑time: up to 25 hours per week
  • Location: Sandy, UT
