Right now, we're at an inflection point. We've proven product-market fit. We have incredible high-value clients who love what we've built, and we're moving from startup phase into serious growth mode.
We are seeking a driven, organized Senior Customer Program Manager (CPM) to own the full customer journey across our enterprise accounts - from initial deployment through scaled, sustained adoption.

You won't just manage accounts - you'll build programs that save lives. If you want to operate at the highest level of enterprise customer success and do work that genuinely matters, this is the role for you.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year. This role is eligible for bonuses. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
Job Type: Full-time
