Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC (SHM) is seeking an entry level Marine Service Specialist (yard hand) at Safe Harbor Great Island in Harpswell, Maine. The role offers hands-on exposure to marine trades and on-the-job training within a busy marina environment.

Responsibilities

• Buffing, Waxing, Painting, Polishing and Detailing pleasure boats both in the water and inside our heated storage buildings
• Assisting to move boats throughout the facility as a part of a team
• Assisting the various Marine Trades department Technicians to complete their tasks
• Operating a tractor and driving pickup trucks to move materials and supplies throughout the facility
• Carrying out duties and responsibilities as assigned including building and facility maintenance projects
• Availability to work overtime to meet seasonal demands
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
