Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work history.
• 0–1 year in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs and use basic measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by reading assembly instructions and parts lists.
• Position parts using templates or measurements.
• Assemble components and verify correct fit.
• Assist in prototypes and basic non-production projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Conserve resources and manage tools and supplies.
• Train others in basic assembly tasks when needed.
• Inspect work and pass to next operation only if meets requirements.
• Document actions via production and quality forms.
• Assist in training new hires or reassigned employees.
