The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0-1 year of manufacturing experience, ability to use small hand and power tools, read drawings and BOMs, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 0-1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and Bills of Material (BOM).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Able to read instructions and understand verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies by reading measurements.
• Assemble components and ensure correct fit and connections.
• Assist in prototyping and other basic assembly tasks as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and conserve resources.
• Train others in basic assembly tasks as needed.
• Inspect work for quality before passing to next operation.
