Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to safely use small hand and power tools.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and BOMs.
• Basic computer skills and English language comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates and measurements.
• Assemble components and verify correct fit and connections.
• Assist in prototypes or basic projects outside normal production.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and document actions.
• Conserve resources and train others in basic tasks as needed.
• Inspect work and ensure requirements before passing to next step.
• Complete production and quality forms.
