Procter & Gamble is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing & Engineering Technical Manager in Belleville, Ontario, to join our large-scale plant operations. The role focuses on analyzing production processes, leading cross-functional teams, and driving equipment upgrades and product innovation on site.
The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving on a 24/7 manufacturing floor, with opportunities for development through onboarding and capability-building trainings.
Qualifications
- University degrees in engineering/technical field preferred; other disciplines considered.
- Final year students may be considered.
- Experience in a manufacturing site is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements.
- Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets
- Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader.
- Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects.
- Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs, and ensuring sustainable solutions.
- Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
