Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Mehoopany Plant is hiring Plant Technicians to support high-speed equipment, process control from computer terminals, and preventive maintenance. You will join a team focused on keeping production flowing and meeting performance and quality goals from Day 1.

Starting at entry level, you will expand into electrical, quality, safety, and other areas, building leadership and technical skills through mentorship and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes).
• Willing to work rotating shifts-24/7.

Responsibilities

• Meaningful work on Day 1: running high-speed converting and packing equipment, controlling the process from a computer terminal, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
• You will work on a team that keeps production flowing, meets performance goals and maintains high quality expected by consumers.
