Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to support final assembly operations for the A220 and A320 programs at the Mobile facility.

You will work within a multi-function team to answer technical questions, validate workbook modifications, assist with tooling, troubleshoot issues, and ensure action plans for outstanding items are established in the Methods Department. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
• 0–2 years aerospace experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace processes and methods.
• Intercultural experience and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production on final assembly.
• Investigate workbook modifications and submit changes to Change Managers.
• Lead troubleshooting meetings and establish technical content of BOIs, Workbooks and RNCs.
• Create and verify LDDs for RNCs with the Operations Leader agreement.
• Manage non-conformities within the assigned area and support MES issues.
