Job summary

Airbus US Manufacturing Facility in Mobile, AL is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I (2nd Shift) for the ME A220 department to support final assembly of the A220 aircraft. You will collaborate with a multi-functional team to answer technical questions, validate workbook modifications, assist with tooling, troubleshoot, and ensure complete action plans for the Methods Department.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and up to 2 years aerospace experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field required.
• 0-2 years aerospace experience preferred.
• Airframe and powerplant certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of aerospace processes and common tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production and answer questions during final assembly.
• Validate workbook modifications and assist with tooling.
• Troubleshoot, perform nonconformity research, and establish action plans.
• Create/verify BOI's, Workbooks, and RNC; communicate with MFT.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology
