Job summary

InnoSource in Lawton, OK is seeking a Level 1 Maintenance Technician for a full-time, 12-hour shift role in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

You will perform routine maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, troubleshoot equipment, operate PLCs and welding tools, and document activities in a CMMS. We offer healthcare, dental reimbursement, and life insurance with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Welding or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required.
• Some computer skills and CMMS experience are helpful.
• Open availability for a 24/7 plant and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair fatigued metal, piping systems, motors, and production equipment.
• Operate and maintain PLCs and welding equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Document maintenance activities using a CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to prioritize work and improve reliability.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow OSHA regulations.
• Assist with emergency repairs and support continuous plant operation.
