Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our plants across multiple states. The role emphasizes troubleshooting electrical control systems, PLCs, inverter drives, and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly.

The position requires flexibility, with a midshift (1:30pm-11:30pm) and a focus on preventive maintenance, meter readings, and rapid response to production issues. Training new staff on equipment operation is also expected.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays
• Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation
