Crown Health Care Laundry Services, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our plants across the Southeast. The role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability in a fast-paced facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong PLC and pneumatic/hydraulic understanding, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and quality. Weekend and holiday availability is required to cover production needs.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Keen acumen relating to safety and quality.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
