Job summary
100Hires, Inc. is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to service and repair production machinery and plant facilities in a fast-paced environment.
You will perform planned and unplanned maintenance, troubleshoot electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and support line start-ups and preventive maintenance programs. The role requires practical knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and the ability to work with diverse maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep production
Qualifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing environments.
- Strong electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures (LOTO).
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
- Provide emergency and scheduled repairs during production.
- Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Carry out plumbing and basic carpentry tasks.
- Identify faults, report to supervisors, and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Lead line start-ups, testing, and installations; support root cause analysis.
- Assist with tear-down, sanitation, and reassembly to minimize downtime.
