InnoSource is hiring a Level 1 Maintenance Technician for a major manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. The role is full-time with a starting pay of $20 per hour and weekly pay, with room for advancement in a fast-paced plant environment.

You will handle routine maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and operate PLCs and welding equipment while following safety rules and using a CMMS to track activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with plumbing and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance software helpful.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a 24/7 facility.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility systems (mechanical, plumbing, basic electrical).
• Troubleshoot and repair fatigued metal, piping systems, motors, and production equipment.
• Operate and maintain PLCs and welding equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Document maintenance activities using a CMMS.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to prioritize work and improve reliability.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow OSHA regulations.
• Perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Support emergency repairs to keep plant operations running.

Level 1 Maintenance Technician starting at $20/ hour | Rotating Schedule | Weekly Pay

Description

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to grow your career in a hands-on maintenance role? InnoSource is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a Level 1 Maintenance Technician position at a major manufacturing facility in Lawton, OK. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent pay, weekly compensation, and room for advancement.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, industrial environment where your ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain essential systems will play a key role in daily plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility systems, including mechanical, plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Troubleshoot and repair fatigued metal, piping systems, motors, and production equipment
• Operate and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and welding equipment as needed
• Read and interpret mechanical schematics, technical manuals, and work orders
• Document all maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to prioritize work and improve equipment reliability
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and strictly follow OSHA safety regulations
• Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
• Assist with emergency repairs and support continuous operation of the plant

Requirements

Skills and Knowledge – Level 1 Maintenance Technician

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and basic welding (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-production environment
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and perform physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus

Education and Experience – Level 1 Maintenance Technician

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Welding or maintenance certifications are a plus but not required
• Some computer skills and experience with maintenance software or CMMS systems are helpful

Benefits & Pay

• Must have open availability as the plant is open twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• $20 / hour starting pay rate | Weekly Pay
