Michels Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Otsego, Minnesota. This role supports maintenance of HVAC systems, fixtures and other equipment, with responsibilities in plumbing and miscellaneous facility maintenance. You will work under supervision to develop skills and contribute to improvements in equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Prior experience with equipment operations
• Must possess a valid drivers license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team (desired)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair of HVAC equipment, fixtures, systems, and other equipment at facility as required.
• Assist with a variety of plumbing maintenance for water, gas and oil.
• Support ongoing improvements to equipment, maintenance systems, and processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and reliability.
