Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and driver’s license required.
• HVAC certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Experience or training in carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting and cleaning.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property safety and cleanliness; respond to work orders promptly.
• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks as needed.
• Inspect units and common areas, report safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff.
• Complete maintenance records and requested reports accurately.
