Job summary

Michels Corporation is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Otsego, Minnesota. This role supports maintenance of HVAC systems, fixtures and other equipment, with responsibilities in plumbing and miscellaneous facility maintenance. You will work under supervision to develop skills and contribute to improvements in equipment and processes.

A Maintenance Technician works under direct supervision to develop skills while supporting ongoing improvements to equipment, maintenance systems, and processes, helping to maximize overall efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. This role will assist in the repair of HVAC equipment, fixtures, systems, and other equipment at facility as required. This role will also assist with a variety of plumbing maintenance for water, gas and oil. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role. The anticipated salary range is $22.00 - $27.50. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
