You will assist with HVAC equipment, fixtures, and basic plumbing tasks, contributing to uptime and efficiency. A valid driver's license is expected for travel and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience, mechanical aptitude required.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Prior experience with equipment operations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for the vehicles used.

• Support ongoing improvements to equipment, maintenance systems, and processes to maximize efficiency.
• Assist in repair of HVAC equipment, fixtures, systems, and other facility equipment; assist with plumbing maintenance for water, gas and oil.

A Maintenance Technician works under direct supervision to develop skills while supporting ongoing improvements to equipment, maintenance systems, and processes, helping to maximize overall efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability. This role will assist in the repair of HVAC equipment, fixtures, systems, and other equipment at facility as required. This role will also assist with a variety of plumbing maintenance for water, gas and oil. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this role. The anticipated salary range is $22.00 - $27.50. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
