Job summary

East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to keep guest areas and equipment in good working order through routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs. This on-site, full-time role starts ASAP with a Saturday-Wednesday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of related maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a practical, hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old by start date and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least one year of related maintenance experience.
• Strong communication skills and a motivated, self-starting approach.
• Dependable, hardworking and able to see projects through.
• Able to lift, climb, and work in various environments; comfortable using a phone or tablet.
• Maintenance training or apprenticeship is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs throughout the property.
• Troubleshoot and assist with plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building-related issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests with safety and timely resolution.
• Support installation, assembly, and upkeep of equipment and facility components.
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and storage spaces clean and organized.

St. James Place in Beaver Creek is hiring an Entry Level Maintenance Technician!

This is a great opportunity to build hands‑on experience in property maintenance while working in one of Colorado’s premier mountain communities. You’ll help keep guest areas, buildings, and equipment in good working order through routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs.

What You’ll Do Includes

Pay Rate: $23 - $27/hr depending on experience
