Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Kalamazoo, MI. No prior automotive experience is required, thanks to an award-winning training program that teaches oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery/service checks, and more while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance and learn on the job in a friendly, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth into management roles within 18–24 months.

• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Schedule flexibility (weekends likely).
• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials and procedures.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
