Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Westfield, IN, is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and deliver top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance.

No automotive experience is required; our award-winning training teaches oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery checks, lights and wipers, and the 18-point safety inspection. Weekly pay and benefits support growth.

Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids

• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point safety check
• And other preventive maintenance services

QUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can: Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head; Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
