Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Webster, NY is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You will deliver friendly, customer-focused service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles with our training program guiding you from day one.

No prior automotive experience is required; we provide hands-on training, and you’ll learn to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, and perform safety checks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

We seek team members with:

Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)

An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team

This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions

English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
