Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Kokomo, IN. No prior automotive experience is required; you will be trained to perform oil changes, inspect and top off fluids, rotate tires, and complete an 18-point safety check as part of a friendly, customer-focused team.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
