Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll work with a friendly team to provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.

No prior automotive experience is required. Through our award-winning training, you’ll learn oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery care, and more. We offer $17.00 per hour, weekly pay, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
