Job summary

OTR Transportation, LLC is seeking an entry-level Client Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll learn how to prospect for new business, build customer relationships, and support the management of a developing book of freight customers across the U.S. and Canada.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, and excited to grow in a high-energy sales environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships through outbound prospecting and daily client communication.
• Support truckload freight sales with a focus on reliability and strong service.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and positive customer experiences.
• Work toward and exceed activity and performance KPIs (calls, shipments, tracking, etc.).
• Learn and use OTR’s technology and tools to make informed decisions.
• Grow your pipeline using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
• Follow our structured sales training program while developing your own sales style.
