This entry-level role will work alongside Transportation Brokers to handle administrative tasks, track shipments, and keep workflows running smoothly.

No prior logistics experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is required.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily Administrative Support: data entry, load files, schedule pickups/deliveries, organize daily docs.
• Shipment Tracking & Updates: contact drivers and carriers to confirm status.
• Carrier Documentation: collect and file insurance certificates and rate confirmations.
• Basic Billing Support: assist with receipts, invoices, accounts payable/receivable entries.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, professional support via phone and email to keep freight moving.
