Qualifications

• 0-2 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using computers and web tools; familiarity with Google Workspace is required.
• High accuracy with data entry, numbers and basic documents.
• Clear written and verbal communication, positive energy and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Daily Administrative Support: data entry, load files, scheduling, and documentation.
• Shipment Tracking & Updates: contact drivers and partners to confirm status.
• Carrier Documentation: collect, verify and file insurance certificates and rate confirmations.
• Basic Billing Support: assist with invoices and accounts payable/receivable entries.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, professional support via phone and email.
