Job summary

Community Sports Partners is looking for an entry-level Lifecycle Marketing Assistant to support email and SMS campaigns using Twilio and SendGrid. You’ll work with the Director of Marketing to learn campaign strategy, data-driven optimization, and lifecycle automation across GTA and Florida locations.

You should have 1–2 years in email/digital marketing, strong English communication, and a desire to grow into a technical marketing role with exposure to enterprise platforms from day one.

Qualifications

• Up to 1–2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication in English and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn marketing platforms and grow into a technical marketing role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, scheduling, QAing, and launching email and SMS campaigns.
• Help set up automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, re-engagement, retention).
• Manage audience lists, segmentation, suppression files, and campaign docs.
