Diversified Energy Company is seeking a Lease Operator in training or entry level. You will work under general supervision to monitor, maintain, and report the operation of wells and sites on an assigned route, with escalation to a supervisor as issues arise.

Safety and reliability are emphasized as you perform routine site checks, monitor production equipment, collect data, submit reports, and participate in on-call rotations including some nights and weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
• Valid driver license.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance.
• Ability to wear and properly utilize PPE as required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor wells and sites on an assigned route under supervision.
• Maintain and report operation of wells and production equipment.
• Gather daily, monthly, and quarterly data and submit reports.
• Troubleshoot production issues with foreman and other personnel.
• Participate in on-call rotations including some nights and weekends.
• Check for spills and hazards and ensure site safety.
