Job summary

Froehling & Robertson, Inc. seeks a motivated candidate to perform basic laboratory tests on soils, aggregates, and concrete. You will record results, maintain sample logs, and enter data into a web-based system. Calibrating equipment and communicating with clients are central to the role.

No experience is required; 1+ years preferred. A High School Diploma is required, with ACI Level I or DOT/ICC concrete certifications highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or accepted.
• No experience required; 1+ years preferred.
• ACI Level I Concrete, DOT or ICC certifications in concrete are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic laboratory tests on soils, aggregates, masonry, asphalt and prepare reports of results.
• Maintain a log of all samples.
• Enter test results into a web-based program.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers and technicians about testing results.
• Other duties as assigned.
