Qualifications

• Certificate in networking/PC field may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stand-alone or networked PCs/workstations.
• First-line diagnosis and troubleshooting of PC/workstation problems.
• Install and support computer network operating systems and utilities.
• Assist in proper use of PC/workstation hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Assist in installing system and application software upgrades.
• Refer complex problems to appropriate personnel.
• Assist in loading and testing PC applications.
• Monitor hardware, software, and parts inventory.
• Assist in data loading, extracting, and database updates.
• Demonstrate proper operation of computer equipment.
• Support end-users and maintain a safe operating environment.
