Ennoble Care is seeking an entry-level IT Support Technician for our Lake Mary, FL office on a full-time contract basis. You will handle first-line IT support, help users, manage tickets, and assist with internal tools and EHR systems.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year IT support experience, knowledge of Microsoft tools, and good communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k) matching, and a Payactiv option for on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft tools required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts preferred.
• Bachelor's/Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user tickets via ticketing system, email, chat, phone, or video.
• Document request and resolution details in the ticketing system.
• Provide Tier 1 support for third-party tools and in-house EHR.
• Coordinate with vendors for networking, printers, and cybersecurity issues.
• Escalate cybersecurity/endpoint issues when needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform tools onboarding/offboarding.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
