Responsibilities

• Support for in-house EHR, coordinating with the development team as needed.

• Escalation for cybersecurity/endpoint issues.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Tools onboarding/offboarding.
• Assistance creating and maintaining IT documentation.

IT Support Technician

Job Description:

Ennoble Care is looking for a full-time, entry-level contract IT Support Technician who will work out of our Lake Mary, Florida office, who aligns with our motto, "To Care IsAnHonor". This position is responsible for internal IT support. They work across all teams to assist users with their equipment, internal tools, and other technical requests. Candidates should be patient, technically competent, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
