Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handles inquiries from users for multiple applications and performs basic user-problem analyses.
• Assesses issues, performs initial triage, documents the problem, and creates incidents.
• Acts as liaison between client and program developers and coordinates with SMEs to resolve problems.
• Collects screenshots and data for troubleshooting and maintains accurate contract information.
• Escalates more complex issues to next level support when appropriate.
