Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to join our Beaverton team. The role covers onboarding, user support, and hands-on work with Microsoft 365, AD, and networked systems.

You will assist with devices, accounts, and basic deployments while delivering strong customer service and opportunities for growth within IT.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT support or help desk.
• Associate degree or related IT coursework preferred.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Set up user accounts, password resets, and access requests with strong service.
• Assist with software installs, updates, patching, and basic deployments.
• Configure and deploy computers and tech equipment throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain help desk tickets, docs, and user guides.
• Support onboarding with equipment prep and basic training.
• Participate in IT projects and process improvements.

What You'll Do in this IT Support Specialist role:

• Provide first-line technical support for employees experiencing hardware, software, account access, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and connectivity.
• Set up and support user accounts, password resets, and access requests while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Assist with software installations, updates, patching, system maintenance, and basic technology deployments.
• Configure, deploy, and support computers and other technology equipment throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance, identify technical issues, and-escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when needed.
• Maintain accurate help desk tickets, support documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
• Support employee onboarding by preparing equipment and providing basic technology training.
• Participate in IT projects, process improvement initiatives, and efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For in a IT Support Specialist:

• 1-2 years of IT support, help desk, customer service, or technical support experience
• Associate degree, technical certification, or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, or user account administration is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
