BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INC is seeking an entry-level Network Administrator I to provide technical support for agency staff and help manage workstation deployment and imaging. You will assist with Microsoft 365 apps and ticketing while following strict data protection policies and security procedures.

The role emphasizes professionalism, timely responses, and accurate documentation as part of daily operations across California facilities.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an associate degree with experience or certifications.
• Minimum of two years IT support experience (Windows, Desktop, Networking, Data/Voice).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Office365, Windows 11, Windows Servers.
• Valid California driver’s license and personal vehicle for BHS business.

Mansioni

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and technical support requests from staff.
• Install and configure workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Perform workstation imaging and equipment deployment.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook and Teams.
• Escalate server, network, or security issues to appropriate IT staff.
• Maintain asset inventory and update internal documentation.
• Follow agency policies to protect PHI and regulated data.
• Attend meetings and training as assigned.
