Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems on laptops and desktops.
• Identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve desktop computer problems.
• Answer help requests in the help desk system and document actions taken.
• Escalate unresolved problems to higher tier support when needed.
• Manage new computer imaging and IT asset tracking.
• Install and configure local and network printers.
• Perform system administration for desktop solutions.
• Assist third-party vendors via remote sessions to resolve issues.
• Monitor network access, data security, and user access control.
• Set up new users and maintain user IDs, passwords, and access rights.
• Review anti-virus reports and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Perform basic server tasks including backups of infrastructure equipment.
• Ensure software licensing compliance and maintain security measures.
