Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience in IT helpdesk or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• A+ and/or Net+ certification preferred; Microsoft certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots computer hardware and software.
• Accurately maintains asset inventory.
• Provides guidance and support to end users who experience IT related issues.
• Documents Help Desk tickets.
• Maintains master data sets across multiple core business applications.
• Performs other related duties, as required.
