Job summary

This Level I Tech/IT Asset Management Specialist role oversees inventory, asset tracking, and device lifecycle management across multiple locations, coordinating transfers, deployments, and repairs.

The position supports Tech Bar coverage, administration in ServiceNow, and collaboration with vendors to maintain operational IT services.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring, and administering technologies.

• Asset management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation of equipment for transfers, redeployment, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow and other systems.
• Provide Tech Bar coverage and assist end users with issues.
• Process returns, RMAs, and track equipment lifecycle.
• Coordinate printer management and vendor communication.
