Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow asset management.
Strong hardware asset management knowledge.
Proven troubleshooting across IT hardware and software.
Experience managing inventory across multiple offices (EMEA).

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain hardware asset inventory in ServiceNow.
Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor and triage ServiceNow tickets; respond to break-fix issues.
Troubleshoot PC, iOS, Windows 10, hardware, Microsoft 365, Zoom.
Install and configure computer systems and apps.
Provide in-person, high-touch support to end users.
Oversee hardware deployments to end users.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Applications teams on escalations.
Document asset activities and resolutions; create knowledgebase articles.
Support operations of client's EMEA satellite offices (openings, relocations, etc.).
Assist onboarding of new hires; provision tech.
Work with vendors and procurement on hardware orders.
Share best practices in asset lifecycle and IT support.
