The role suits organized individuals who enjoy learning, with duties from phones and printers to billing, PTO requests, and vendor coordination. Some local travel to nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Interest in IT/tech support and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain tech issues to non-technical staff.
• Basic familiarity with Windows troubleshooting, general computer hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Reliable, organized and able to manage multiple requests at once.

Responsibilities

• Field and resolve store IT support requests including phones, internet, printers, and hardware.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to report outages and service issues.
• Provide basic hardware support and setup new devices.
• Document recurring issues and maintain support records.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Admin.
• Occasional travel to nearby stores for in-person support.
• Maintain device and equipment inventory.
• Manage billing and service trackers; reconcile vendor charges.
• Process PTO requests and maintain scheduling calendars.
