Job summary

You will engage business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, build a client portfolio, and work with the team to set sales targets. A valid driver's license, background check, and licensing in your state are required, with licensing

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain—training provided and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity daily.
