Qualificações

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your network within your territory.
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses and develop relationships with owners; follow up on referrals.
• Manage and grow your own client portfolio, tracking activity and results.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan and submit weekly work schedule and record daily activity.
